We hope you don't mind us saying this, but taking a hard copy print is kind of at odds with the general ethos of Timetastic, and in many ways you'll reduce the benefits from an online/ always up to date service.
In most organisations time off requests, cancellations and changes are happening constantly, and in Timetastic they are all reflected instantly. So if you print, you take a static record that is effectively out of date and you lose the benefit.
If you really do need a hard copy then you can of course use the print screen function on your computer, but obviously the capabilities of your printer will also come into play.
We generally see that most organisations will find the online Wall Chart, Calendar and availability through the Android and iPhone apps sufficient to provide regular and easy access to the data. In addition you can also download the data into excel for additional analysis and reporting.
Many customers also find that feeding the data directly into their existing calendars (such as Outlook or Google) also helps to alleviate the need for printed copies.
Apologies if this doesn't suit, but if you find it a particular issue then do email us and we can share our experience of how other companies have successfully moved away from paper based aspects of the annual leave process.
