Not based in the UK?
Timetastic's default is to charge UK VAT on all invoices. If however you are outside the UK then we will charge VAT accordingly.
We try to identify your country during the signup process but you can check and amend by navigating to:
SETTINGS > GENERAL SETTINGS
1. If you're outside of the EU then you won't be charged VAT.
2. If you're in the EU (but not UK) then you also need to enter your VAT number in the billing page:
SETTINGS > BILLING> UPDATE PAYMENT CARD DETAILS
